RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

PAANO MANALO:

1. Ang promo ay mula August 1, 2010 hanggang November 22, 2010.
2. Mayroon kang isang (1) raffle ticket sa bawat P 500.00 halaga na iyong pinamili (single receipt or accumulated) sa saanmang REY Home Centre o Ceramics Plus branch. Paid reservations or deposits are not entitled to a raffle ticket.
3. Ipakita ang iyong sales invoice sa tauhan ng REY Home Centre. Tatatakan ng taga-REY ng “CLAIMED” at isusulat niya ang sales invoice number at branch sa stub. Ibibigay ng taga-REY sa iyo ang may tatak na invoice at sinulatang stub.
4. Pakisulat ng malinaw ang iyong buong pangalan, tirahan, at contact no. sa stub. Pirmahan. Ihulog ang stub sa designated drop box. Mangyaring itago ang iyong sales invoice and claim stub dahil ito ay kailangan sa pagkuha ng iyong premyo.
5. Deadlines for submission of entries at store’s closing time is on November 22, 2010.
6. Ang mananalo ay bubunutin sa loob ng REY Home Centre - Pasig, REY Marketing Compound, C. Raymundo Avenue, Rosario, Pasig City on November 29, 2010 at 3:00 PM, in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

8. Isang beses lang pwedeng manalo during the promo period. Kung sakaling mabunot ang iyong pangalan ng higit sa isang beses sa Grand Draw, makukuha mo ang mas malaking premyong ipinamimigay.
9. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call. Winners will also be posted in all REY Home Centre and Ceramics Plus branches.
10. For Metro Manila and major prize winners, maaari ninyong kuhanin ang inyong premyo sa REY Home Centre – Pasig, C. Raymundo Avenue, Rosario, Pasig City. For provincial minor prize winners, maari mong kuhanin ang iyong premyo sa pinakamalapit na REY Home Centre na nakasulat sa registered mail. Para ma-claim ang premyo, please present the following: registered mail (notice of winning), one (1) valid ID, claim stub, at sales invoice.
11. Prizes unclaimed within 60 days from the receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor REY Marketing, Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
12. Ang desisyon ng REY Marketing, Inc. na aprobado ng DTI ay final.
13. Sasagutin ng REY Marketing, Inc. ang lahat ng buwis sa premyo. The car registration, insurance and other related documents will also be at the expense of REY Marketing, Inc.
14. Ang mga premyo ay non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
15. The names, addresses, and pictures of the winners will be published in leading newspapers.
16. Shipping costs for winners outside Metro Manila will be shouldered by the winners.
17. Employees of REY Marketing, Inc., their affiliates, all their suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
